The basic accommodation cost does not include: Transfers between airport and accommodation except confirmed. Excursions and other personal expenditure Charges that accommodation establishments or apartments may make for facilities such as cots, parking, minibus services, sun beds, sauna, tennis courts and equipment, porters etc. |
Generally hotels tend to place their bedrooms within four different categories : |
Child prices and other conditions relating to children are agreed upon with each accommodation provider and are not based on any one criteria; therefore, given that each accommodation provider applies its own special conditions and prices, we ask that you enquire about this point when making your booking. |
Accommodation providers may have no, or limited numbers of, extra beds so the ability to provide a third bed will subject to availability. In some cases, hotel may have a bunk bed or a rollaway bed as an extra. |

Any cancellation made before the option date is acceptable with the condition that CANCELLATION FEE of 20 EUR is to be deducted from your credit card automatically for cost of banking fee and administration fee.We apply this procedure in order to avoid abuse of the free reservation system and prevent hotels being over burdened with unnecessarily made wrong bookings. Please note that refunds will be made in the form of a credit to your card account. All credit card refunds will be processed in a timely manner. Typically, this process takes several weeks (business days) for the instruction to leave our company account. The refunds process depends on your billing cycle with the cooperated credit card company. Once the refunded amount leaves our company account, it may take up to two months time for the proceeds to appear back in your account.

At the time of your booking request, the full quoted amount will be blocked / authorised on your credit card. Only when the booking is confirmed will the credit card be charged (for Instant Availability bookings this is at the time of the booking request). Payment transactions on the Travgate.com website are encrypted by a secure payment system endorsed by some of the world's leading banks and our site is verified by SSL This technically secure environment ensures that credit card details cannot be intercepted and are not revealed to anyone other than to financial institutions required to process payment instructions from the customer. |
Please note that while your booking has been confirmed and guaranteed, the rooming list with your name may not be adjusted in the hotels reservation system until prior to arrival up to 3 days. Since Travgate.com will not be liable for any changes, cancellation, and effect on your booking, loss or damage suffered by you or for any failure by the accommodation providers as your no-record & mismatch and system failure due to uncontrolled software and system error.
